The Space
A light-filled, cleverly designed studio with a sunny vibe and urban outlook. The open-plan layout maximises the space with a generous living and bedroom area, modern kitchen with breakfast bar, and a modern bathroom with shower over bath. Private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay.
The Neighbourhood
Walk to St Kilda Beach and the Esplanade, Albert Park Lake, Luna Park, the Sunday Esplanade Market, and St Kilda Pier — where little penguins return to their colony at dusk. The Grand Prix at Albert Park is within walking distance, and the city tram from St Kilda Station puts the CBD at your fingertips. Budget friendly, well located ⭐️
Myself & my boyfriend were happy with our stay here 😊 The check in process was easy and Shelley provided us with all the information beforehand so when we arrived early morning we were able to get straight in - we found it all very organised. We arrived to a clean apartment. Everything was provided and there was complementary coffee, tea, milk & some Oreo’s which was a nice touch. For the price paid you really can’t complain. A bed, kitchen, bathroom and sitting area with TV (normal channels, Netflix etc) close to the tram to get in to the CBD and an Aldi a 10 minute walk away. If you’re on a budget or have just arrived and in need of a place to stay for a couple nights I can definitely recommend here! The only issue was the outside of the flat and up the stairs wasn’t best cleaned and there was a small issue with those tiny flies being everywhere but the laundry room upstairs for $3 was super helpful and convenient. Overall good experience and Shelley was really friendly and efficient.

Really good location with everything right at hand to make it a comfortable stay. Staff where incredibly helpful too, being able to message them whenever via the portal was ideal and they always replied quickly and with all the needed info!Everything suited me down to a T so cant complain about anything
