Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Smack bang in the centre of the city Flinders St is compact but has everything you need for a short stay or even longer. The rooftop gives you the best view of the river. The building is old and a little shabby however once inside our apartments that becomes insignicant. We have endeavoured to maximise the small space for comfort and convenience. The internal atrium is unique in Melbourne and the antique coach lanterns on each floor that were originally gas have been refurbished and upgraded to LED lights. A trip up to the roof will find you a view of the Yarra River and Casino, this has been on occasion the best place to see fireworks or the famous White Night. The famous Gas light show over the river in front of the Casino can be seen from dusk onwards. You have sole use of the apartment, shared use of the laundries and common areas such as the balcony and the roof. Laundries are located on 2nd, 4th, 5th 6th and 8th floor near the stairwell at the rear of the building. Cost is $3 (dollar coins) for wash and $1 for dryer. The Rubbish room is located on the ground floor at the rear, entry from the foyer. You can separate your rubbish into waste and recycle. **Important: when accessing the rubbish room please ensure you have the Fob with you, if you let the door close you will be locked out.** I am always contactable but not generally available in person.
